About Our Process


When you're depressed, anxious, suffering from low self esteem or addictive behaviors, being able to move through the world in a meaningful, authentic way can feel almost impossible.

I offer a safe, containing environment to allow you to express yourself without judgment. Through empathy, understanding, patience and genuine compassion for your struggle, we will work together as you move toward a more meaningful and purposeful life.

Incorporating an analytical Jungian approach and Attachment Based EMDR when appropriate we will focus on unlocking the unconscious through dream work, active imagination, symbol making and archetypes that will allow the space needed to find out who you are.

I have been helping adults and couples move through challenging experiences for many years. By being an active participant in your therapy we will begin to cultivate a relationship of trust and understanding. Therapy, like life, is a journey. Often we need to slow things down enough to make sure we are going in the right direction.
